Taylor Brower
CEO
Taylor is the main reason ABLE was established! When she was born, her doctors had low hopes for her, which inspired the name ABLE — Achievable Beyond Limited Expectations. She exemplifies the program perfectly, continually surpassing others’ limited expectations throughout her life. Taylor loves listening to music, playing with her babies, writing in her notebooks, and volunteering at the Salvation Army.

Melisa Brower
FOUNDER
Melisa started the program in 2020 when she began working at Taco Bell with her daughter, Taylor. This experience deepened her passion for helping individuals with different abilities access opportunities to become productive community members and, if they choose employees at local businesses. She is a licensed special education teacher and a driver’s education instructor in Wyoming, currently completing her master’s degree in psychology with a focus on becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Additionally, she works as a case manager for Home and Community-Based Waiver Services and serves as a Family Care Coordinator for the Children’s Mental Health Waiver. In her leisure time, Melisa enjoys listening to music, walking, and spending quality time with her children and her husband of 22 years.

Daniel Brower
OWNER
In September 2023, Dan left his role as a Crane Operator at T&T to assist with managing ABLE. He wears many hats—bus driver, maintenance supervisor, human resources manager, and more. If it can be done, he’s likely involved! Dan plays an essential behind-the-scenes role in keeping ABLE running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and working on his dad’s 1978 Trans Am. Dan is also dedicated to his family, cherishing time spent with his wife and children.
