ABLE was established on November 10th, 2022, driven by a mother’s love and commitment to creating limitless opportunities. When Melisa Brower, ABLE's founder, saw her oldest daughter, Taylor Brower, who has special needs, transition out of high school, she sought a safe and supportive environment where Taylor could continue to grow, learn, and develop practical skills. This desire became the core mission of ABLE: Achievable Beyond Limited Expectations.

ABLE is a community where individuals of all abilities can discover purpose, friendship, and belonging. It offers a range of programs, from day activities to driver's education, addressing the needs of those with special needs who have finished high school and want to continue developing. Additionally, ABLE extended its focus to mental health, welcoming mentors and those seeking connection, healing, and purpose. Here, everyone has a role, everyone has value, and everyone is ABLE. What started as a mother-and-daughter dream has evolved into a collective family effort, with husband Dan, their children, sister, niece, and nephews all dedicated to the mission.

Recognizing the ongoing need for comprehensive support, Achievable Beyond Limited Expectations launched a residential program specifically tailored for individuals with disabilities. This initiative will provide a safe, nurturing home environment where participants can further develop independent living skills while receiving personalized guidance and care. ABLE’s Forever Home aims to promote autonomy, foster social connections, and offer opportunities for community involvement, ensuring that every resident can thrive and reach their full potential in a setting designed to meet their unique needs.
